How did Fury know he needed surgery so soon after the fight?

Go away! You're meant to be bashing Fury in this thread. Context, facts and reason are unwanted here.

When he saw that Usyk wasn't fazed and didn't flinch during his redundant rant.

He has a point though, either he’s already had surgery on both shoulders and should be fine for Usyk fight (John Fury) or he’s had surgery on one and not the other which could potentially derail the Usyk fight (Tyson).

I’d be surprised if he went into a title fight (even a gimmie like the Chisora one) needing surgery so hopefully it’s just posturing.

    Annnnnnnd here we go. :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Usyk will be sidestepped. Watch! I mean you can see it in Fury’s mannerisms when Usyk’s name is brought up FFS! Trying to be ‘dismissive’ of arguably the sports PFP#1 and unified champ at HW.

“Ugh!! **** Usyk! Too small of a middleweight! Joyce would beat him even though Usyk already schooled Joyce 6 years ago when Usyk was a 200lb cruiser!!”

    :wanker:rolleyes:

He also looked right into Usyk’s eyes from 6 inches away while screaming at him and saw absolutely no fear.

    The same way that

    - The failed test wasn’t his fault
    - He MUST have a contract signed in days, but gave his buddy Chisora weeks
    - The same reason Klit didn’t get his rematch
    - The same reason he pulled out of every other fight

The big lad is full of bollocks. As are his PED excusing fan boys.

Lol, no he doesnt. I dont tell my dad the ins and outs of my visits to the doctor, who knows what John actually knows. Fact is, Tyson has trouble with his elbows and its common knowledge, theres no lie there. Just idiots trying to pick hilarious holes to try to disparage the Undisputed fight (the bitterness is truly beutitful).

Anyway, If Fury wanted to duck Usyk he would just retire as he always does. But he hasnt!

Undisputed will be in 2023, and I'll bet money on that. The only problem would possibly be the orgs.

This forum is on FIRE! Whoop!

You could of posted a full video of the operation yourself and they still wouldnt of believed you.

Much better just to revel in their bitterness.

The surgery is quite interesting, they remove pretty big lumps. It's not just painful he can't extend or contract his arm fully. The joint will be quite worn also so there is only so much they can do.

Usyk took this winter off because his shoulders are blown but that is all kept hush hush.

    And then he went on:
"We'll see when we'll be ready for this fight. We'll see when it can be made."

That's as clear a duck as it can get.

Colour me shocked when Fury announces in the next few weeks that he won't be ready to face Usyk until the second half of 2023 - by which time, incidentally, Usyk will have to deal with several mandatories. How convenient for Fury, what a coincidence.

If anyone believes that: I have a bridge to sell you, people.

Only surgery Fury needs is a lobotomy , Usyk showed up and conducted himself with class. Fury acted like a drunk 16 year old calling him out then says I'm injured?

Tell me you are Fury fans without actually telling me.

Usyk having a few months off between the Joshua rematch and the undisputed was always the plan. This was confirmed by Bob Arum too. The original plan was that Usyk would fight Joshua in July, then Fury in December. There were always going to be at least 5 months between the two fights. By the way, it's rich from Fury fans criticising Usyk when Fury himself never defended any titles twice in the space of 5 months, ever. Why should Usyk do it, under any circumstances?

Anyway, since the Joshua fight took place in late August instead of July, the undisputed had to be postponed from December - and since staging any big sporting events or concerts or whatever in January is suicide commercially ( = people are skint following the holidays, ticket and PPV sales would be bad), it was rescheduled for February.

That's it, simple. It wasn't Usyk who wanted to take the winter off. His having problems with the shoulder is beside the point, that wouldn't have affected anything and his shoulders weren't the reason why the undisputed was rescheduled to February. There is absolutely nothing extraordinary in having 5 months between two title defences in the HW division - I don't even know where this risible idea comes from that Usyk should have fought any sooner than that. But since rescheduling for January was not an option from a commercial point of view, they opted for February. Not Usyk, but the Saudi promoters as well as the teams of both fighters - that includes Arum, Warren = Fury's people too.
