About the Fury - Usyk post fight face to face, Usyk should've said something. Every fighter should know what the word "*****" means, regardless of how little English you know, as it is an essential put down. I know Usyk does his talking in the ring but you gots to have some basic verbal defense as Fury will clown him a lot during the presses. You don't have to stoop down to that ****-talking back and forth which is what he wants but you have to have some witty comebacks. Wilder tried the silent treatment and got a beat down.

No, why would it be? I don't give people a pass or credit because their race or sexial preference for anything else, and I'm not going to start for a fanbase largely populated by unbearable assholes.

Is Fury the most talked about man in boxing? He must be doing something right.

Some very clear takeaways from todays circus
    1. This fight was nothing more than a handshake bout between Fury & Delboy. Delboy gets his retirement cheque and Fury gets an easy victory. That was an embarrassing mismatch.
    2. Fury calls out Usyk in the most embarrassing fashion. Once again confirming that he is mentally weak. Usyk went straight to him and didn’t flinch. Fury hated it, hence why he found comfort in Joyce.
    3. Straight after abusing Usyk, Fury shits his pants in the press conference and openly ducks Usyk. This guy is a ****ing joke.
    4. Fury will take time off into 2023, fight Hrgovic and then retire. He wants no part of Usyk, just like he wanted no part of the bodybuilder.
    5. Apparently this ‘elbow injury’ affected him against Wilder and now in training for Chisora. So he’s known all along that he wasn’t going to fight AJ or Usyk - hence the soft touch with Chisora.
How do these nut riders keep defending this guy… he is terrible for boxing.

I just saw this “schooling session” from a previous page…

    8-4 is 116-112
    + 3 knockdowns

I mean, maths wasn’t my strongest subject, but is that not 119-109 with the knockdowns?

    :hang

The family dinners at the Fury household must be awkward. Both John and Peter have said that the only man that can beat Fury is Usyk - if Fury didn’t come in at his best. In the lead up to the AJ fight, Peter Fury said Usyk is extremely gifted. Both him, Peter and Tyson have followed him since he was an amateur…

That whole family knows Tyson is back on the booger sugar and drinking like a fish. Not one of them (Tyson included) wants this version of Tyson to go anywhere near “the middleweight”

I actually thought he handled it well.

If you notice Fury took focus off him twice, once with one of his entourage and once with Joe Joyce.

When I saw him do that I took it as a sign Fury was looking to finish the exchange at that point as he wasn’t getting the reaction/outcome he wanted.

    But that’s just me.

Disagree - i think Usyk came out better in that face off personally, calm and unflappable stare, with Fury doing the ranting and coming across a bit perturbed. If anyone thinks that Fury really REALLY believes that Usyk is a midget then i want what your smoking!

    Not quite.

A knockdown usually results in a 10-8 round.

So a fight with one guy winning 8 rounds and losing 4 would give a score of 116 - 112.

If the fighter who won 8 rounds scores three knockdowns, he does not get three extra points. but his opponent loses three points.

So eight round to four with three knockdown would usually be scored 116 - 109.

Yeah granted but it's also not the first time Fury's fought him.
