Pretty sure it’s been picked by Amazon Prime.

The usual places that announce TV platforms are still saying "TBC" for the UK rights... cutting it fine!

YouTube a few mins after the fight is probably your best bet.

The ring walks will last longer than Butler should Inoue land early.

Just had a search and it's on Kayo TV ppv apparently. Never heard of it.

I saw it here a couple of months ago, must have changed since:

Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler is now SIGNED ✍

The fight is set to take place in Japan on December 13th and will be televised on Amazon Prime and ESPN.

    Who wins and how?

When the fight was signed, many outlets reported Amazon Prime as the broadcaster for Japan. I think they were assuming it would be since it had broadcast GGG-Murata and Inoue-Donaire 2 in Japan. As it turns out it is on something called dTV in Japan. Amazon Prime nothing to do with this particular bout in any territory.

The Kayo TV PPV thing is for the Australian market. Like you I saw that incorrectly named as the place for UK viewers too in some reports. Some outlets need to do better.

Just had a look at FITE TV schedule there - nothing. Not heard anything from the question I asked Top Rank on Twitter either. Disappointing. YouTube after the fight as someone said is looking like the best bet at the moment.

No interest in the UK sports media over this fight? Butler is the first British fighter aiming to become the undisputed bantamweight World champion since god knows when and he’s fighting one of the best fighters in the world and he’s doing it in Inoue’s home country. You would have thought the newspapers if not TV sports outlets would have shown some interest in this bout?

That is what happens when any fight of interest is hidden behind a 2nd paywall on Box Office and DAZN UK Streaming channels watched by a very tiny percentage of people.

The sport becomes out of sight, out of mind to the great British Public.

The blame for this one can be put with Sky, they’re always going on about having this great broadcast deal with Top Rank etc…
