He did mate, which is why i genuinely think he'd cause problems in the ring for Joshua. Similar types of boxers from not so different eras.
I quite liked Audley, couldn't help but root for him, he boxed superbly in the two Prizefighter tourneys, and European champions aren't ten a penny either, nor are genuine Olympic gold medalists, feats no-one can ever take from him. Apologies for the pedantry, but was he ever British champion? I thought he lost in both sanctioned British title fights.
Not even going to entertain the thought of responding to this tripe, can we have a poll to decide which threads should remain/be deleted.
No he didn’t win the British title I just checked. I thought he won it twice but it must have been prizefighter I was thinking of.
Yeah Audley would give Joshua problems just like he did against David Price and a Cruiser in David Haye.
@littlebrain say hello to @Little brian A prime Harrison would cause Joshua all sorts of problems. In fact, I think he's probably a slightly more well-rounded boxer than Joshua.
I think prime Harrison is criminally underrated, the man was taking 0's and steamrolling throgh anyone that stood in his way until he faced Mike Tyson conqueror, Danny Williams, and got done on a dodgy SD. He would go on to avenge a defeat by Sprott and then only wanted to face the best, names like Haye, Price, Wilder, he got it on with them all, Rogan, Arias, Barrett, Harrison was taking 0's right up until 2009 and he went out on his shield trying to take Wilders.
