So it's clear that Benns comments earlier this week were because his team had completed the case work and were preparing to submit. Fact it is 270 pages means it is a load of nonsense with no clear cut reason for contamination. He has made himself look like an absloute ****
I thought EH said "a 42 page report"? Since he never confirms which "hearing" he's referring to, maybe that is a separate legal process against the BBBoC. Anyway, like you said in another post Benn's "been proven innocent" = "They've submitted their report". It doesn't appear any authority/judge/court has come anywhere close to a conclusion yet. I think he's just digging a bigger hole for himself, can't see anyone wanting to he harangued into hurrying/panicking to clear him. Methinks his "due course" could be quite a lot longer that he thinks.
I've never wanted to see a fighter ironed out, more than Benn. Be nice if Hearn ended up on the scrapheap too while we're at it. Why he's so seemingly valuable to EH would show how crap his stable is
On reflection I think a 270 page report is bang on the money for a serious, investigative, considered, strictly factual, proper and truthful report on this matter and I'm now convinced of Benn's innocence. How can you not be ? If it had been 271, or worse 269, pages I would have known it was full of sh*t immediately.
