Fox the stats nothing is going to change the fact Inoue is fighting opponents roughly his own size almost all of whom are complete featherfists or light to average punchers at best, not legit bangers and KO artists or power punching giants who are 20-40lbs heavier time and time again in their backyards.

He also campaigns in divisions with about as much depth and talent in them as the women's HW division.

And he's fighting in his own country the vast majority of the time where everything is stacked in his favour and the only time he pulled an Usyk and fought one of his opponents in their backyard was against the mighty Antonio Nieves.

This isn't Middle Earth full of dwarves, elves and hobbits. This is the real world inhabited by men sized men not leprechaun sized ones who can't punch the wings of a moth

Imagine if Inoue would have become undisputed when SFLW was **** hot.

Then moved up and twice beat Fulton.

    That's what Usyk did.

    100% this.

Usyks competition is clearly better than Inoue's. And he fought them all in THEIR backyard.

I never understood why size matters in these discussions. We're talking about the quality of the fighters, what does someone's division have to do with it?

There's people out there that are like "I've got chunks in my stool that are bigger than that guy, he's not a great fighter".

I just don't get it, these fighters are MEN regardless of their size. Often these are the same people that say things like "HW is the only division that matters" and nonsense like that.

Oleksandr Usyk is definitely P4P #1, and it will be Tyson Fury when Fury beats Usyk next year.

Your Basing most of your statistics off of KOs .. what does that prove.. having a big KO percentage doesn't make you the best fighter in boxing.. & official lost rounds doesn't mean s*** anyway.. imagine citing that statistic lmao.. Canelo probably only lost 6 rounds on the judges.. I don't think many judges are going to take against him in Japan do you? Where he mainly fights.. Usyk TRAVELS... I'd take Joshua & Chisora over Butler & fkin McDonell... & Gassiev, Huck , Glowacki & Breidis over an old Donaire , Moloney, Rodriguez & Payano .. Inoue is a future HOFer sure but his resume for someone that has the luxury of all those weight classes & competition depth to choose from isnt that great... If Usyk beats Fury and manages to unify that division he will probably be in the top 25 (at least) greatest fighters ever.. deservedly so.. hes doing things that are unprecedented..

Did you really just say that Inoue is a better boxer?

Usyk is a master technician. The only people that belong in that category from recent memory are Floyd, Loma, Pernell & maybe JMM. That’s it really.

Also Usyk is number 1. Gassiev, Breidis, Huck & Joshua x2 are all better wins than Inoue’s best win which is against a very over the hill Donaire. Even then he managed to smash Inoue’s eye socket.

Inoue would have to move up to 126 and beat Navarette to have a better win than Usyk. Fulton at 122 is still a crap win.

Fulton wouldn't be a crap win, are you kidding? He'd be a better win than Gassiev, Huck or Joshua, equivalent to Briedis and the thing is Inoue wouldn't make it look close unlike Usyk with Briedis. Donaire was past his prime but not done by any means against Inoue having moved back to his natural weight class where he never lost.
Inoue isn't a master technician either? The perfect punch placement, timing and selection not enough to convince you? Not to mention his ever improving head movement and fantastic footwork. Usyk doesn't have the same kind of punching ability, in fact he often throws technically poor punches with terrible leverage on them which is largely why his power isn't that good.
