Fury on points. Bowe's tough enough to last the distance but he doesn't have the boxing skills to box with Fury and on the inside Fury can tie him up and smother his inside work as well as manhandle him to find space for his own punches inside. Bowe would give him a hell of a fight though. Fury's tendency to switch off at times could very well see him down more than once and Bowe gives him the toughest fight of his career. But in the end Fury is just too smart for him and always finds and answer to whatever Bowe does.

To be honest, I see no way Fury beats a prime, motivated Bowe. Bowe is more skilled on the inside and at a distance. I think Bowe would stop Fury. Fury is one of the most overrated fighters of this era.

Neither guy consistently shows up in best shape, so we'll call consistency a wash here.

Fury is in for a very tough night. Fury's best bet is to use footwork and a jab, but Bowe has an excellent jab, so he can jab with the jabber. I'd say Bowe's jab is heavier as well. I see Fury winning on the outside due to the reach and superior movement, but only narrowly.

On the inside, Bowe is an excellent body puncher, and he is great at sneaking that arcing right hand over the top. Fury has shown he is susceptible to an overhand right. Fury's bullying tactics on the inside won't end well for him. Bowe does a lot of damage while in mid and close range. Fury is too smart to let Bowe turn this into a brawl.

What loses this fight for Bowe is his poor defense. Fury isn't a power puncher, so it goes the distance. Probably a fight where Bowe does more damage throughout, but loses on the cards due to Fury staying away and scoring with some light paint brushing like jabs from the outside.

    Fury by close decision.

Bowe did an interview just this week talking about how Fury wouldn't get away with some of the things he does to other opponents with him such as when Fury does his stutter feint Bowe would time it but that's a small insight from the man himself and solving a problem is never that simple. Fury is out of range with his feints it's merely for him to find weaknesses to exploit. Ultimately you have to go to Fury to find him or even worse fury is coming to you and grappling you into submission.

Fury beats him far too adaptable. Dominated all his opponents when on form. Clinches him to death in the area where Bowe likes to work most and again is too big for Bowe to work effectively against at range. Bowe is one of them fighters who enjoys coming forward at his own pace fighting his own fight. Fury would not allow him to fight his own fight and it would tire and frustrate him.

Bowe isn't complex puzzle either and fury would have him reaching and telegraphing that right hand all night long. The hooks wouldn't even be a factor. Tony Tubbs gave him work.

Big Momma Fury beats Big Daddy Bowe. Fury is too relentless and always finds a way to win.

You want to talk about Bowe being better inside. Tyson Fury controls any man who steps into range with him. You either work hard to find the mid range which is what Usyk has to do and land shots or you are at a whim to Fury. Fury easily controls him. The one thing Bowe did well is he would switch to that jab then be back right on top of you. Fury is a giant heavyweight there is a completely different field of range that has to negotiated.

This is an area of weakness for Usyk also. Usyk doesn't like to engage to clinch. He likes to be hands free, he protects him fairly well by coming low or hiding behind the shoulder but Fury is basically free to do with him what he likes. He may even be forced to engage in the clinch which is a no no because Fury will put his weight on him. It's all about using his feet to stay off in and out lateral movement for 12 rounds. Very hard to do for an older Usyk.

For all the Usyk fanboys. This is professional boxing. It's a hard and dirty sport and you bet Fury is going to roughhouse the living crap out of Usyk. He is a pure boxer and will fail to deal with the dirtiness. He will cry to the referee and Fury will probably get a point taken...but Fury is happy for that to happen. The real problem for Usyk is if Fury finds his long range against him....fight should be called off if that happens.

Bowe was the better inside fighter and Fury is open to right hands I think Bowe might have stopped with right hands in a war, Tyson`s holding and headlocking would help him though.

How is Bowe better on the outside? His entire boxing construct revolved on landing his trip hammer jab as a foray to getting on the inside where he’d go to work. I don’t think he ever took a backwards step in his career.

Bowe was a size bully. Fury would have 3 inches and 30lbs on him.

Bowe had a better jab, hook and cross than Fury. The fact that Bowe liked to work on the inside doesn’t negate his ability to fight outside. Fury would only be more than a contender in this watered down era of heavyweights.

Bowe was a lot easier to hit on the outside than Fury, he`d probably have to work Fury`s body to beat him since he`s very hard to hit in the head and clinches so much.
