Hahaha! Like the WBA had Ali Raymi ranked number 11 when he was dead.

Wow dangerous fight at #3! I guess I was wrong. It's all about beating those ranked contenders, guys.

I didn't even know he had made a comeback, he was shot at 39 when he fought Cotto. It's crazy to think at 47 he's even being talked about for a title shot.

I hope it doesn't happen, Martinez has literally fought nobodies to earn this ranking, his last opponent was 6-6-2! Golovkin even this faded old version destroys him. That's not something I want to see.

Ring rated contenders aren't the same as sanctioning rated contenders.

Golovkin will take that fight. Decent money, very winnable, and believe it or it will be a nice little legacy boosting fight. Sergio the former champ, while washed up us still a good name to have. Very similar to how Jones adds to Calzaghe's legacy. People will see it is a mismatch now (which it is), but time will be kind to that win if it happens.

Meanwhile, I remember a time he asked each sanctioning body to urinate directly on his feet, which were on fire, from all the movement, and they all declined but offered to help the fire spread with an accelerant.
