Sounds like the Tyson Fury of his day but without the philandering, lol.

Actually they do come off pretty similar, though I would say Babe was less of a charmer, not as jolly.

And which one isn't philandering? They're both pretty notorious for it. Of course Babe Ruth got his first wife to adopt a child he had with his mistress and keep that a secret until her death, not sure Tyson ever did that!

Babe Ruth is sort of a cross between Tyson Fury and Sugar Ray Robinson.

Really, never knew Fury was a philanderer, never heard anything before to suggest he was unfaithful, but then again it wouldn't surprise me.

After the Richard Hall fight, Jones' post fight drug test showed some trace amount of blood in his testosterone.

There is a reason guys like Roy Jones & sugar Shane Mosley could throw a triple, quadruple & even quintiple hook combos with the same hand.
Out throwing their opponents 5-1 with ease.

absolute freakish - never seen it before them & haven’t seen that since.

    shady indeed.

Of course he took steroids, he was simply better than the others who also took substance.

Not all of it but Roy most certainly had lots of help from the use of Peds Look at the body on him !! Look at Canelo too when he was doing the press runs Paint him green & he'd have been a mini incredible hulk LOL
Funny how he popped dirty for Clenbuterol right then wasn't it ?? Lol I guess he mistimed his cycle or didn't think he'd get tested in Mexico. If only Roy had been as good as he thought & bragged he was.

Yep steroids will allow everyone to throw triple left hooks at will. Damn I better head down to Mexico and get my dose so I can dominate boxing.

Seriously though, of course he did. Like everyone and their dog. But steroids didn't make him the demigod that he was in boxing, his god given talent and skills did.

Why? What I said is correct. Anybody who has been around athletics knows the tell-tale signs. See Evander Holyfield, his neck, traps and triceps. That’s what an athlete looks like when they are juicing. Now look at Roy. He has almost comically non-existent triceps (and therefore making his biceps look huge), he has almost no traps and he has a skinny neck. Do you simply see some muscle and think = steroids? You’re a child clown, you’re hilarious.

Canelo looks far more like someone who has juiced than Roy. But the far more parsimonious and likely explanation is simply that he is a short guy who has been lifting weights and stopped cutting to a lower weight division. Hey, what do you know, those things are true. Did a muscular dude steal your woman by any chance? You’re throwing around a lot of emotional accusations. The average guy can be as muscular as Canelo with a bit of weight lifting. It’s always a bit of a self-tell when boxing fans act as if an average physique is steroids for sure. Just get off your couch, go to the gym a bit.
