    Don't mind it.

Rangy guy, so you haven't got to change up the sparring to much.
Not to much pressure on Tim because this guy went the rounds with Garcia and took Crawdaddy deep.

I know Murtazaliev's name has been mentioned and he might be salty he can't slide in.
But as his promoter tried to get in the way of Charlo-Tszyu I don't think PBC or Tom Brown would be all that keen to pick up the phone.

José probably easier fight to make with 5 weeks notice and has a bit of name recognition.

He's a worthy opponent. If you go to the trouble of travelling half way around the world you want to be in with someone who has the ability to test you. On paper, he looks good enough to do that. He's someone worth staying over there for. A win for Timmy moves his career forwards.

Light vs Okolie 11th March. Kudos to Light for getting this far, but I'm pretty certain it's where the fairytale ends. Light and his team will come prepared with a gameplan, but I think him trying to close the gap and eek out a points win vs the lanky Okolie is a little too much to ask from the 6'1 Light, who's a solid domestic fighter but ultimately not, in my opinion, a world beater by any stretch. And I think the style match up will overwhelmingly benefit Okolie. Light is hardly mike Tyson.

Having said that, what could be a road to victory? A quick start, get inside Okolie and make it ugly. Hell, it'll be better to go down swinging in the 6th than be battered from the outside for 12.

    2023 predictions.
willis meehan will go from jail to winning the world heavyweight title.
timothy will beat the schmuck when he recovers from his broken finger nail.
one of the moloney brothers to snag a big title.
jai opetaia to kick some more butt.
george kambosos to disappear. he's capable of claiming more big scalps but his mouth is too big and i don't want to hear him boasting anymore about how humble he is, lol.

Yes, will be very interesting to see how this all plays out.
As you mentioned, if Tim and Liam both lose, it will certainly reduce the attractiveness and also with the retirement of Paul Gallen, they really dont have any ppv stars.
I think that if both these guys lose, Foxtel / Main Event will probably be regretting the agreement with No Limit.
As many have said, there were several other promoters that put on much better cards and more competitive matches.

I also read that D&L fighter, Issac Hardman, is now a free agent.

I still don't have any answers on this. All the No Limit shows will be on Foxtel / Main Event. That's nice. They do have three of the best young talents in the sport in Nikita Tszyu, Harry Garside & Paulo Aokuso but perhaps only the Tszyu name could prop up a PPV. And even then they would need some league players to rope in mainstream sports fans (aka 'casuals').

I'm really curious as to what's going on. Particularly with Justis Huni & Jai Opetaia. They've potentially got the highest ceiling of all our fighters but they would also be extremely costly to obtain opponents for. I doubt Foxtel / Main Event has made money on their shows to this point & probably won't for quite a while. The questions this raises are:

    1. Has Foxtel / Main Event decided to cut their losses (a very short-sighted move if so) & bailed out on them?
    2. Has a new player whisked them away to another platform (Eddie Hearn to DAZN perhaps?), or
    3. Has Channel Nein / Stan finally got their act together & decided to spend their boxing budget on fighters who may actually amount to something instead of a Kiwi celebrity footballer? As I've mentioned in the past, their money is as good as anyone else's.

I suspect the answer to question 3 is 'no' b/c if they had a clue, they wouldn't have done what they did. But I really don't know the answer to questions 1 and 2. @ipswich express - any idea what's going on?

Interesting development on that Sandman. Angelo Di Carlo has a card listed to be on FOX sports next month.

Features Jazzy Parr and Jalen Tait thus far.

The ACE cards have been shown on KAYO for alittle while now, so no change there.

But yeah, very interested in see what happens with Jai and Justis

Wonder when the next Matchroom show in Australia is?

Maybe it's as simple as the No Limit exclusivity deal only runs one way. All the No Limit shows are on Foxtel / Main Event but Fox will still pick up other shows from other promoters. That would mean we keep seeing Justis Huni & Jai Opetaia on Foxtel &/or Main Event.

No Limit do have some big shows coming up that will likely be on PPV:

    1. Liam Wilson fighting for a WBO world title in February.
    2. No Limit's best young talent (Kaboose, Harry & Paulo Aokuso) in February plus footbrawlers.
    3. Timmy versus a name opponent in March.
    4. Michael Zerafa versus GGG (real big show down south).
    5. Timmy versus Charlie later in the year.

They've also got Sam Goodman, who like Liam Wilson, is good enough to be moved through to a world title fight. So they've got a bit to work with particularly when you consider the young blokes who are fighting in February will be looking to fight four times during the year.

So No Limit will serve up good content this year. Real good. I'm just interested to know on what platform the rest of our best talent will be appearing.

Yeah, I did read that other shows can be shown on Fox/Main Event, but need approval from No Limit
