I say Wlad via KO by round 5 or 6

I say Steward Wlad by KO by round 9-10. Young Wlad, you are probably right, he'd get it done earlier.

Me! Although Wladimir Klitschko has a tendency to lean on his opponents with his sheer size to wear them down, it would probably be fruitless against someone Like Bruno who was IMO atleast as powerful as Wlad. Frank throws him across the ring, forcing Wlad to give up on his bullying tactics.
After that, the contest becomes a race to see which man will connect with the other guy's weak chin.
Either man can stop the other, but, IMO, Wlad was stopped by much inferior fighters and we can't really say the same thing with Frank, so i would go with Bruno by TKO.

I agree Bruno was as strong AF but he's considerably shorter than Wlad. That's Wlad's whole schtick ... to lean on guys so they try push him off and wrestle him. The holding serves the purpose of both muffling close quarters fights but also to tire the other guy out. Wlad doesnt actually wrestle ... all he does is use his weight and makes the other guy wrestle.

Damn, sorry i completely forgot that the crucial 3 inches of height over your opponents can evade strength!
I think that Wlad would already give up on using his "sheer size" tactic, or whatever you want to call it, unless he would be willing to get pushed out of the ring everytime he tries to lean on Bruno! No really, i think i've entirely missed the point you were trying to make.
Anyway, my point is that i don't believe Wlad has ever met someone with the strength of a frank bruno so...........oh and even if you take away his strength, bruno still has the power to take Wlad out. Hell, forget about "close quarters", Bruno equals wlad's reach. So he could be standing outside and hammering Wlad with his jab as well.

Their respective records make me think that if Bruno was on the level of Wlad he'd have ruled for a decade as well

If he fought in an era that was as weak as Wlad's with the best fighter in the division (Vitali Klitschko) refusing to fight him? God i highly doubt that Bruno could do as well as Wlad did.
