"Like a strong cruiserweight. Because it's not only power, it's accuracy, and placement. Even with [the sixth-round KO of Rolando Romero], it wasn't just no power shot. It's how I threw it. The spot I hit him. The timing. Like, even the movement I did. It's every little thing. I didn't just throw a swinging shot."
I'd rather ask his girlfriend than those two. There is a difference between "hits hard for the lower weight classes" and "hits like a Cruiserweight" by the way.
You and Tank have a lot in common. You're not a fan of the guy? The only diff is you hit your wife for YOUR faults while Tank was provoked.
I keep hearing about how hard he hits and how he KOs HWs in the gym but then they keep dragging up 126 and 130 pounders and C and D levels to feed him If his power is all they say it is, and I agree he does crack hard, why didn't he fight a top 140 pounder for this tune up instead of a 130 pounder who was campaigning down at 126 like a year and a half ago?
Maybe he should test that theory and fight at light heavy. It would still be an advantage for him at 175 if he does hit like a cruiser
I'd say he hits harder than a 157lb connor BENNE after a five egg omelette. A cruiserweight though? Nah.
The door is closing on this guy. Nearly 30 and still the resume of a 20 year old prospect. BuT hE fOuGhT pEdRaZa.
