Thats why it’s the most prestigious weight class. Usyk is 6:3 and 220lb. He is big enough at the weight

Usyk dealt with a 6'6" 250 pound bodybuilder

Now all of sudden WAH WAH FURY IS TOO BIG, HYPOTHETICALY IF FURY WAS ALSO A MIDGET LIKE USYK THEN UYK WOULD WIN WAH WAH.

If Inoue had wings he'd be able to fly like a jumbo jet.

Agree with 99% of everything you said apart from I think Fury wasn't up for Wallin in the sense he took him lightly/he wasn't pumped up for it. He should be for Usyk. I have also learned never write Fury off, as I did in Chisora 1, Klitschko and Wilder 1 and 2.

That said, War Usyk. I picked him on pts however would love him to get the stoppage or ko.

Not in a school (ie k-12 or college). I'm a skills instructor for a healthcare vocational program. I teach medications, Rx law/ethics, and pharmaceutical calculations (half of which is basically just remedial 5th or 6th grade level maths...so I actually get to help my 10 year old with homework quite a bit :sisi1)

Usyk has demonstrated countless times how capable he is of dismantling super heavies. Virtually all of his biggest amateur victories were predicated on it, and he showed the doubters that nothing changed when he came up from cruiser in and stepped up to big fellas in the pro game.

Fury shouldn't be "too big" for him as Usyk is someone for whom there really isn't such a thing as too big. (dealing as we are with the high end of the scale...once you're talking a 300+ lber, his speed advantage becomes insane, while there are diminishing returns on mass translated into hitting power)

There will be zero defensible size-based excuses if he loses.

His easiest win in the WSB was his biggest opponent. Granted, Modugno sucks. But he still took him out more impressively and quicker than Joe Joyce.

And that was just in the semi-pros; before that, in the simponpures, he was slaying giants on the regular, many of his super heavy foes having 2-3 inches and 50-60lbs on him.

Ironically some of his toughest opponents were the smallest! Matvey Korobov mauled and dropped him, forcing a ref stoppage (!!!) and eventual pro welter Shawn Porter defeated him at 75kg - and though he ultimately went 2-1 in his rivalry with Artur Beterbiev, he is on record saying he pushed him the hardest ...and he did, at the Beast's mighty hamhocks, technically suffer his second-ever and to my knowledge last knockdown (taking a knee on a delayed reaction to a brutal looping right body shot).

...meanwhile Tyson Fury - in an alternate dimension with a different ref happening to wear the stripes on the night - has a stoppage loss to teensy-weensy Steve Cunningham. (along with probably a UD loss to John McDermott, if we're waving our magic "make it all fair" wand :sisi1)

One guy's documented struggles with smaller fighters is a MUCH bigger headline here than the other guy facing a supposed size "disadvantage". :deal:

    Not overwhelming but yeah, 58-50-4.

Early returns were actually in favor of Fury, then it leveled out for a day or so and Usyk has been creeping out to a gradually widening lead since.

No kidding. I was expecting it to be about 60-40 at worst in favor of Fury.

But hey what do I know.

4,5 or 6 is when Fury stops him.

He'll start playing with him in round 3 then get serious when Usyk shows that warrior spirit to land a few then Fury will come out of his closet and show Usyk a real fighting mans pride & spirit :gey:

Can't believe people are still bleating on about Usyk being too small when Usyk just dealt with a 6 foot 6 AJ twice in his last two fights, with Fury struggling against smaller opponents in his career.

Usyk by UD/SD. Skills pay the bills.
