lol hes not a generational talent but yea he should win garcia is a great fighter in his own weightclass though if he can take tanks punches then tank will be in trouble to win a decision

 

I agree. Tank improved his counter punching skills dramatically and also is getting better and better in reading opponents striking pattern and rythm. Garcia is bigger and pretty good but his style is perfectly for a quick counter puncher with heavy hands and Tank is all that. I expect Tank to lose some rounds early on but getting a brutal stoppage in the mid rounds.

 

Gervonta is solid fighter for a dwarf and has respectable power among those in dwarf ranks. Put him in there with a man-sized fighter and he gets his ass spanked.

Of course that's the whole point with all Tank's mismatch fights,

Is this even a question, though the fact you have to state or question it shows that SHOWTIME has fooled you into thinking that Garcia is a real threat of an opponent in the first place.

I wouldn't call Davis a generational talent. Ennis has the potential to be one, but I just don't see it in Davis.

Garcia is a good fighter, but he's made for Davis in many ways. He is reckless and he's easy to hit. Davis have power and he just needs a few flush shots, which is very capable of landing.

Garcia can win this fight if he fights smart and keep things in long distance, but he's not that type of fighter. He likes to trade and he leaves himself open.

 

Here is Garcia's problem. Go to the 38 second mark and watch him get knocked down.

That's why he's not going to be beat Davis. He's too reckless and too wide open.

This is going to be a good fight. Garcia is going to look like he belongs and will give Tank issues especially early in the fight, But I think once Tank makes the adjustments, his power will take over and it will only be a matter of time before he catches Garcia with something big. Tank TKO 9
