Why did he quit, was something broken or did he just feel too out of it?

Neither is Vergil, he got hurt badly by Kavalauskis. We've never even seen Ennis hurt.

 

Garcia was fighting a decent fight but from that 4th on, Tank was turning up the heat and starting to hurt Garcia with his shots. Those were some heavy shots in the eight round and I think that it would have been over in the ninth regardless. I am glad that Garcia had the presence of mind to know that he was in real trouble and that going out in the ninth could have been a career ending move. Haters gon hate and stretch the facts and embellish the bs to fit their narrative of hate on fighters they don't like for whatever reason.

 

Who has he fought that could hurt him?

I agree that Garcia was holding his own. At the time of the stoppage, I had Tank up 1 with several rounds close, ie the 1st 3-4 rounds.

Nah. Inoue was much smaller than Butler (Butler said he was tiny) and Inoue broke him down. Ennis was like 30 pounds bigger than Karen. He just doesn't have that type of dog in him yet and he might not ever.

 

You are 100% correct. I'd like to add one thing. While it's not as big as Tank's, Garcia has very good power too and we will get a chance to see what kind of chin Davis has. When I mentioned this before it was pointed out to me that Tank has taken quite a few good shots and handled it well. That's very true but it's also true that most of the good fighters he's fought were coming up in weight from 126 or 130. Garcia is a legit 135 and will be moving up to 140 at some point. When Tank gets hit by Garcia it could get interesting quickly.
