I reckon Django stops him again old Gallen almost got him outta there and Django looked good in his last fight
If I remember correctly, Lucas did defeat Django about 18 months ago in Brisbane in the middle rounds by TKO.
this is the gay4 breaking news huh? lol. considering joshua would ko 99.99% of the guys in the heavyweight division it's hardly unexpected is it? if he gets embarrassed badly i hope he at least gets paid well for it.
After the whoopin' Australian fighters put on the rest of the world last year (10-5 our way on the Boxing Scoreboard & the numbers don't lie) they're bringing over the big guns to take us down a peg or two. Or at least, to try. I've got my doubts if they can. The 2023 Boxing Schedule is looking something like this: Liam "Slick Willie" Wilson 11-1(7) v Emanuel Navarrete (WBO Jr Lightweight) Venue: Los Angeles, California Timmy "Tool Train" Tszyu 21-0(15) v Terrified Tony Harrison (Interim WBO Jr Middleweight title) Likely venue: Sydney or Tszyucastle Demsey "Stringbean" McKean 22-0(14) v Anthony AJ Joshua Likely venue: London, England Michael "The Villain" Zerafa 31-4(19) v Triple G (WBA, IBF & IBO Middleweight titles) Likely venue: Melbourne or Bendigo Timbo Slice 22-0(16) v Jermell "Running Man" Charlo (Undisputed Light Middleweight Championship of the World) Likely venue: Las Vegas, Nevada I think our blokes are going to hand out some serious arse-whoopings this year.
Move over Madison Square Garden and MGM Grand. Bendigo Stadium will be the new Mecca of boxing by 2024.
lol..yes, and at Bendigo, we'll also have the Ring Boys...hahahaha...after the local council objected to the use of the Ring Girls. The three "ring girls", Tammy Bills, Demey Maconachie and Kalista Thomas, were replaced by male card carriers, dubbed "fight progress managers", on Saturday night, prompting sustained booing from the Bendigo crowd whenever the men entered the ring. The organisers were responding to two Bendigo councillors who had called the practice outdated and said women were being used as trophies
I was just about to drop off to sleep but that plans ruined now thanks to you mate , I can't unread that .
Looks like McKean is out after the backlash. I thought it would've been smarter for Eddie to feed McKean to Dillian Whyte let him score an easy KO to get his confidence back and put AJ in with Franklin.
I read a few weeks ago that Charlo had provided evidence that hand injury was genuine, this was accepted by the governing body and he wouldnt be stripped of the belt
It's always safe to assume something fishy because this sport has had its fair share of scandals. I do believe he injured himself but many have pointed out that the cast was incorrect for the type of injury. So perhaps it was exaggerated to ensure he could keep his belts and to save face because he has been so vocal in the past about other fighters in the division having injuries. He is hurt but he is also shook because there ain't no thing as half way crooks.
