Lol Tyson Fury isn't a super heavyweight. There is no such thing as a super heavyweight. Second being tall and fat doesn't make you a better fighter. Have you heard of David Price? He was taller than Fury and actually wasn't fat. Was he a great fighter? Have you heard of Tye Fields? He was taller and heavier than Fury. Did that make him a great fighter? Did you hear of Julius Long who was taller and heavier than Tyson Fury. Did that make him a great fighter?

Usyk is extremely overrated but if he loses it Tyson Fury when ever they fight it would be a shock to any real boxing fan.

Fury will be the favourite no doubt, but I'm not so sure about the ass-handed bit.

I think Usyk is a very live underdog and I wouldn't be too shocked if he pulls it off.

Suppose it's not just all an act and you are serious only half the time you type all this nonsense and hagiography about Fury and your devotion to him. In that case, I am honestly concerned about how you will cope with it mentally when Usyk beats him, which will obviously happen.

Fury has been in steep decline ever since the second Wilder fight. He was knocked down twice and gassed out and struggled to put away what basically was a walking punch bag for seven rounds in the third Wilder fight. He still carries 20-25 lbs of fat on him which was not an issue against slow-footed plodders with poor boxing skills, but Usyk will murder him with his speed, angles, combinations and stamina. All that boozing and snorting the white stuff for years is catching up to Fury now, while Usyk has always been living clean. The vast difference in their physical abilities in favour of Usyk will be on full display. Cunningham gave a 10-year-younger, much lighter, much faster Fury hell - and Usyk is 10 times the fighter Cunningham ever was. Wallin, a slow southpaw also caused all types of problems for Fury as well as giving him some 50 stitches worth of cuts. When a Wallin can land on you like that, and when someone like Cunningham can put you on your arse when you are 10 years older and much faster, Usyk will box your ears off, jab the hell out of you and expose you badly in every possible way.

Just like John Fury admitted two years ago, Usyk is a nightmare for Luke. Stylistically, this is such a bad matchup for Fury it's not even funny. He has been battering the hell out of bigger guys all through his career, while Fury only escaped the last time he fought against a smaller guy because the smaller guy was actually a total tomato can as a heavyweight. He hasn't fought anyone even remotely similar to Cunningham since, so there's absolutely no indication as to how or why he would do any better against a much better fighter now when he himself is slower, older and has physically declined in every possible way. Fury will be facing the fastest, slickest, most skilled, most intelligent, most resilient, most determined guy he has ever faced in his life, and who also has an iron chin and a fearless mentality to boot. I sense that Fury fears him a great deal, and with good reason.

Usyk will end Fury's career - he will take his 0, take his pride, take his confidence and badly damage his marketing value by making a mockery of the whole "no man born from his mother can beat me" hogwash. I can't wait to see it unfold and see how Usyk fulfils his destiny as the only man in history to become the undisputed CW and HW champion of the four-belt era. It will be such a devastating moment for all the #FuryIsTooBigTooStrongForUsyk cult members, and at the same time, it will be such a satisfying thing to witness too. Remember how Usyk never does trash talk, never tries to play mind games, and never says things just for the sake of saying them? And he said now that after seeing and studying Fury from ringside, he is even more confident now about beating him than he was before. Usyk is coming for Fury, and there's nowhere Fury can hide anymore. I can't wait.

Well to be fair Usyk would probably be slower and ungainlier than he is now, albeit more powerful. That said, Usyk's skills > Fury by a fair bit. So, Usyk.

Usyk. And then it would be an EASY FIGHT.

But given that Fury is much bigger, I see him defeating Usyk.

What are we looking at? Fury down to Usyk's size, or other way around? I lean towards Usyk either way.

    What a stupid thread.

Fury is the size he is and therefore fights in a certain way to use this as an advantage. If he was a different size with different attributes then'd he fight in a manner to best use those attributes.

I really want Usyk to win too-the underdog, a much better person & harder worker, great backstory & nation to support...
But you are letting wishful thinking get the best of you.
Not that Usyk may well not win-but it is far from certain who will win.

Also you are taking Fury's fights from before he was as well developed a fighter.
Sure he is past prime now-but Usyk has also slowed down.
An is starting to talk some uncharacteristic, I think good-natured trash.

What I am afraid of is Fury using his size & weight to tie up & lean on Usyk-in ways that fighters like second career Ali sometimes got away with.

This fight could go either way.
Please do not become the mirror image of the insanely biased, miniq!
I do not think those last 2 letters stand for "IQ". :buenrollo:

And I am terrified to ask why he now uses an avatar of Usyk.:roto2palm:
