Kell Brook wants to fight winner or smith v eubank

He had the fairytale ending. He should call it a day.

 

He loses to both and career wise both would have been options if they win in terms of career progression.

In terms of risk reward he makes sense so I think it will happen.

 

Kell Brook is a shot fighter. Got stopped by a jab off a lightweight and couldn’t put a glass jawed shot retired Amir khan away properly. Also clearly has no love for the game any more. Stay retired Kell, Eubank or Smith eat you alive for breakfast.

He is having issues being retired and that’s understandable unfortunately he needs help to adjust . I agree with the majority of the posters in that he has been fortunate in getting a good paynight and win against Khan who was also shot, all I see is Kell putting his long term health on the line.

 

I wanna see Kell stay retired but I can see he is struggling being away from the ring and he needs another fight. Seeing Kell open up about life without boxing showed us it's been hitting him hard mentally.

It's easy saying stay retired but we not living in his shoes and going through his struggles without boxing.

One thing for sure is Dom Ingle has to make sure the camp is exactly like it was for the khan fight. No cutting corners and total focus.

Kell vs Smith at 154 is better for kell rather than fighting a bigger guy in Eubank.

 

His exit was perfect, I want him to stay retired. Not many boxers leave the sport like he has, on a win, healthy and wealthy.

This is defo brewing, he’ll fight again. I think he’ll be lined up to box Benn at a catchweight though. He’s been training for months in the Ingle gym and sparring.

 

Gets easily beaten by either Eubank or Smith. He's not big enough for Eubank and I think Smith would just bring to much pressure for this version of Brook.
He's defo going to fight again. If Benn gets cleared I can imagine that happening Brook seems to want a few more pay days.

 

I hope he stays retired but he should take the Benn fight instead. Smith / Eubank would beat him but I think he could definitely beat Benn who wouldn't have much room for negotiating due to the failed drugs test.

Kell was offered big money to fight Benn but declined and walked away. Kell is very comfortable financially and lives a pretty standard life. Honestly please go check interview he did talking about his struggles away from boxing. Clear to see kell showing true emotion when talking about life without boxing. He needs something else in his life and unfortunately he hasn't found it.

Of course Kell will get well paid but the idea he is simply wanting to fight because of money is not right. Kell needs that routine of fighting again.

 

Understandable but there is no turning back the body clock.

Time to focus perhaps on giving back to the gym that made him or open his own gym and get training others.

No point ending up being pasted by those two who he would have beat no problem before the GGG fight.
