    Yeah, that's fair enough actually.

    This is just getting the "is it needed" part out of the way, I'll still hear people out on what they think it should look like, in fact that is what most of this thread has been about.

    I'm happy with the British Forum as it is. Maybe a bit less off topic AJ bashing and Gamechanged chat in every other thread would be nice, but apart from that I'm good. Don't understand the Alt stuff or even others obsessions with people being alts, can't we all just get along or just ignore it!?

    Mainly a lurker then a poster. There is a need for a mod to keep threads on track. If I'm on a matchroom fight thread I dont need constant tiresome Hearn / DAZN / PPV comments. Just stick to the fight ffs. For some posters its like Pavlovs Dog though

    Not to shoot the messenger as not all mods are created equal, but as far as I can tell the problem with this site is the mods themselves!

    It feels like users are getting banned as soon as they’re reported without a mod actually looking at the post in question. Not to mention that banning people is pointless as alts can be created in seconds.

    So how can this forum be improved? Stop banning people for stupid reasons. Stop closing threads for stupid reasons. The majority of us here are adults so banning swear words is ridiculous, especially for a boxing forum! Also, if people don’t like seeing posts that they feel are repetitive, ignore that user.

    Just to be clear here.

    If I post that I am going to watch a fight on TV in a pub, I'll get Banned? Even though it is perfectly legal as the pub itself has paid the TV Promotor / Company (SKY, BT, C4, C5) 4 figures to screen the fight?

    I mentioned about 3 years ago in one of the sub forums (Feedback?) that sometimes, Americans understanding of some British words causes confusion (different meanings) and can (probably) contribute towards Bans hence I suggested back then at least one British Mod should be the bare minimum to balance this indifference and misunderstanding(s) out.

    Another thing I suggested was "Suspension" for those on a absence of leave and "Banned" for those gone for good, just so that us punters know whats what. Clarifies things and also helps to calm down and simmer feelings of unjust Mod behaviour.

    Lastly, in my near 5 years on here, only ever reported one person for casual racism who was rightfully given a 2 Week Ban.

    I Mod on a Football site (PNE) so I understand some of the background scenes and politics. Who'd be a Mod eh!?
