    29-28 Kongo

    Kongo a lot more active throwing the jab out but Essuman is deflecting / blocking them with his gloves. Kongo wins the round via increased activity throughout.

    Sky Sports said the ringwalk for the main event would be at 10. It won’t even be before 10:30 likely. These main events need to stop starting so late.

    39-37 Kongo

    Kongo dominated the round landing at will. He is showing good head movement with Essuman struggling to land anything meaningful. However, I think he’ll slow down in a few rounds.

    9:30pm ring walk for a UK main event would make sense to me.

    It would be fine if the ring walks - and the tedious build-up between the penultimate fight and those ring walks - were a bit shorter. Bin "Sweet Caroline", video montages, sing-songs, the lot. Get to the ring and get on with it!

    Remember that this event will be broadcast worldwide. I think they are intentionally delaying the time a bit out of consideration for DAZN's US viewers.

    58-56 Kongo

    Essuman had a lot more success as he was finally able to back Kongo up to the ropes and land some body shots which slowed Kongo down.

    I think this will be the change of the tide and Essuman will take over now.
