Wondered why Conor & Eddie were so desperate for the fight. Junior's durability has gone. Well done Beefy, I didn't see that coming :)

Thought it was a 50/50 fight and Eubanks Jnr certainly has not lived up to the high standards set by Snr in the ring.

Good to see he was humble in defeat and the first step in redemption.

Did a good roy jones impression...towards the end...

His chin was gone, don't want to make excuses, I fancied smith to win and said so before hand but can only assume the Benn weight cut messed him up or he's too drained at middleweight...

Quite enjoyed that card as a whole tbh. Massey could well have earned himself a few more paydays with the big boys after showing that he can hang with a top 10 opponent good scorecards too (I had it 97-92), a great comeback from Essuman to edge past Kongo (I had it 114-114), but it could have gone either way, Riakporhe edging closer to a title shot after a dominant display and Liam Smith showing that he may have 1 last run as a title challenger in him.

Hopefully we see more types of cards like that going forward.

Def agree, it must be horrible being around him, his poor misses, he’s so bitter. He should be over the noon that he somehow got into the Hall of Fame.

Don’t be a twat mate, Roy Jones is probably top 5 of all time boxers. He was a killer.

I think it is mainly due to the process Eubank Jr has gone through with massive weight loss and then subsequently he had to put a lot of weight back on again. It is in no way healthy for the body.

Takes nothing away from Liam Smith's win. Really impressive

I think a pointless rematch is the most likely thing to happen, this summer, exactly what we don't need with how it will be built as a super fight, taking a slot of a potential genuine super fight....unless Liam says no and focuses on becoming a champion at the weight.

Those Jelly Legs not seen since Fury v Whyte at Wembley and would give Amir Khan's legs a run for his money when Prescott nailed him.

Thought pre fight Beefy could win a hard fight on points if the fight was close at the end of round 6 but never seen this coming.

I hope not. Hopefully Eubank stays at Super Middle now. Hopefully Liam can get a Golovkin or another big name at Anfield.
