Hrgovic takes too many breaks.

More of a problem with his management and promoter though. I don’t see how you can blame him for it unless he is on record as stating he only wants to fight once per year.
We have evidence of a lot of the top 15 ducking him.

 

Majority of the division is in a long break.

Low reward higher risk than fighting a stiff and then saying everyone is ducking you

It wouldn't be smart to get more than 1 heavyweight punishment a year and lose billions of brain cells and shorten your lifespan. I think he's doing the right thing.

 

He's highly ranked and therefore a gateway to a title shot. It would be different if were not ranked in the top 10.

 

Note the operative phrase in your post. I'm referring to today. After that fight, why would anyone duck him?? You can't use that as an excuse for his inactivity post-Zhang.

You guys don't realize how hard it is for certain guys like him to get opponents. A lot of opponents want crazy money to fight people like that even journeyman. Lou Dibella explains this very carefully when he was talking about jalalov
