Lennox was older than Mike but Mike was further removed from his salad days.

Excellent post. You and NoNeck have done an excellent job of breaking down how this fight could go. FMJ is not popular on this board, a lot of people here have a knee jerk reaction to pick almost anybody to beat him, but obviously he was not an easy fighter to beat and you two made some excellent points.

Like Pac Mike was a pressure fighter and though younger than Lennox he was more shopworn.

You know who ages the best: out boxers. You know who ages the worst besides pressure fighters: reflex fighters like Ali, RJJ, and SRL. Ali was able to have some success after his reflexes failed him because despite being a pretty boy he was one tough son of a b-tch and a bit crazy.

You won't find anyone in here that gets into lengthy "debates" with him, certainly not ones on a friendly level.

I've had a few lengthy debates with him, though they couldn't be categorised as friendly.

His pro Mayweather posts are clearly from a biased perspective, but I'd assumed they were authentic. When you used the term "bait" in response to his post, I (as a relatively new poster) wondered if it you were inferring that he's an established troll who writes insincere posts for the express purpose of fooling others into believing that he's being genuine.

Roy wasn't a champion. Try again.

No need to become upset. We're all friends here! I was just discussing boxers in general and Mike was way more past his due date than Lennox.

Roy gets peak points, longevity points not so much.

The point is that they need to be champions. Guys who were shot to bits like Roy or Tyson don't match with a champion version of Pacquiao.
