Roy Jones with his chicken dance, sucker move stole from a game rooster , hands behind his back, no chance for defenders!

Also idk who does this but what about a rifle bolo punch? Simply "locked and loaded " on the forearm and pull it out of safety for the ensuing grandmaster bolo lead right hand!

Tommy Hurricane Jackson “double uppercut”. Both hands at the same time. A sight to behold. Never seen before. Never seen since

Willie Meehan had a variety of signature punches he had names for. Can
I think of one of those names? Nup, sorry.

Frank Moran was known for his right punch which he called Mary Ann. I think he also called his left hand Ginger - no, strike that from the record, it’s not true.

    I'm shocked I haven't seen Hagler's "gazelle jab" mentioned.

I used to practice and practice this punch from orthodox and southpaw stances, never did come out quite right........

The "anchor punch " is just a right hand lead
    that Liston walked into.
The knock down probably was legit because it
really doesn't take much to drop a man if
the punch lands in the perfect spot. (Looked
like it did) But the rest??????

There’s a little bit of a hop shifting weight to the back foot and launching it. He used the same punch in other fights, including against Cleveland Williams.

Seems like something Azumah Nelson would do. I mean, after all, he was The Professor.

I wonder how Skipper Kelp works into this equation.

And what about that noted islander … was it Andy Gannigan or maybe … Andy Gilligan???

    I’m glad you asked.

The Skip had his “Mrs Howell” - a hybrid left hook/uppercut.

Fortunately, he never unleashed it on his “Little buddy” - a mere swat with the Skip’s cap was sufficient to have Gillian near enough to being out on his feet anyway.
