Beterbiev - Bivol, by all rights, should be next up.

Could've gone pear shaped for Beterbiev tonight. Hence why it pissed me off when OG Bob pushed for this fight and especially over here. It was imperative he made Beterbiev vs Bivol as soon as possible given Beterbiev's age. He only has a certain amount of fights left in him and the odds lilt more and more in Bivol's favour with each passing day.

It's a good thing Beterbiev KOed Yarde, he was about the be robbed. Yarde won only 1 round in my opinion, but he was up in the judge scorecards.

Beterviev KOed the judges as well.

Buatsi still has one fight left with Matchroom. Highly unlikely Hearn and Warren will agree to Buatsi v Yarde. It’s a good fight, though.

Styles make fights, I predicted Ryder would beat him, precisely due to Ryder being a compact southpaw, with damned fine defense, who it's borderline near impossible to land clean straight rights and left hooks on. Who's brilliant at inside fighting against taller opponents. Beterbiev is none of those things.

I think these awkward brawlers cause Beterbiev more issues than Bivol will though. He's getting older but I think the class, style and physical advantages will still end up prevailing. Many were saying the exact same thing after Browne and then were left to pause after he did a demolition job on Joe Smith jr.

Buatsi is an Olympic medalist, and in my opinion more sophisticated than Yarde. He beats Yarde.

Good that you didn't make the same mistake again and pick against Beterbiev.

If he goes undisputed he should retire imo.
Whats good Coop. I think P4P Kov but Beterbiev beats Kov. Just a bad style for Krusher.

possibly. Buatsi doesn’t have any pop however but I suppose he could evade and frustrate.

Smith's tactics were suicidal in that one though. He played right into Beterbiev's hands. The Beterbiev of a few years ago would've been too strong, relentless and powerful for Bivol but the later stands a much better chance against this aged version of Beterbiev.

Look at Povetkin's decline. He declined from fight to fight in the twilight of his career and that's how I see it going for Beterbiev.
