I really don’t get the glass jaw thing. The guy was superman, otherworldly, unbeaten ( the DQ doesn’t count) and not even close to getting beat in his full prime career, then went up to HW and schooled. It was only after he dropped back down again that he suddenly suffered back to back losses and KOs. Clearly an issue in moving up and down in weight at that point in his career.

Can’t see Beterbiev getting close. Roy wins comfortably on points, hits him at distance often and prob rocks / drops him.

Pretty clear RJJ at his best was unbeatable and beat Beterbiev. Speed kills.

Beterbiev because RJJ doesn't have the power to stop him. Eventually Artur would catch him and lay him out, RJJ didn't have a granite chin.

Jones was a weight bully so was more powerful than most of his opponents which is why you`re right, if Beterbiev can take Yarde`s shots then he can probably take Roy`s best shots too.

    He wouldn't run through Roy

He run right over him like a freight train

Roy would have success with his speed and movement but he's not keeping Beterbiev off him for 12 rounds and his tiny little baked bean head and wafer skull and mandible were not designed to withstand the brute force Beterbiev wields in his anvil fist. As soon as Beterbiev catches up with him, and he would, and even brushes that chin Roy will be taking a 1000 year snooze.

    CEJ taking Roy to task

''Why you changed my style, Roy? Now I have your glass chin too!''

Doubt Smith would have knocked Roy out and Jones was far better than Eubank, he lost to Groves.

Stop it. Beterbiev is not the terminator. He's be dropped hard by 2 nobodies. We never saw RJJ in trouble in his prime. Man I wish they could have fought so that you could go back into hiding.

Life and death with domestic level Callum Johnson and Anthony Yarde but beats Roy Jones? Nonsense.

Roy..........just Roy. I'm not even gonna go into breaking down why.

Even from Roy's era, Beterbiev would have a hard time with Darius, Tarver (who it's nearly impossible to hit cleanly) and Glen Johnson (who's engine is just as good, who's chin is arguably better, and who's will is unbelievable) as well.

Beterbiev is a beast for "this era" however

Roy was too good in his prime, one of the most dominant fighters from his era. Beterbiev though a very good fighter in his era, gets hit to cleanly and much too often as was shown by Yarde. Roy in his prime is 100x times better than Yarde and despite being knocked down by Lou De valle, has shown some pretty good whiskers as well. He took a pretty big punch from the bigger Ruiz as well.

How have you reached the conclusion that he takes Roy’s shots? When he leans in, as you said, how does he stand up to the lightening fast shots he doesn’t see?
