Yes. Don’t think it will happen though.

How is that surprising or unfair after a year of talking about middleweight this, midget that, mismatch this, #toobigtoostrongforhim that? Fury and his whole despicable family have been doing nothing for the past year but denigrating Usyk and calling him names. As a result, his clueless casual fans have been parroting the same moronic insults and nonsense about Usyk being too small and it's a mismatch and rabbit this and gappy tooth midget that.

What on Earth do Fury fans expect after all this? It was them who have been brainwashing themselves into the idea of beating Usyk is such an easy thing, why would they/you expect any credit if it happens then?

You can take comfort in the thought that the whole idea is pointless though. Fury never in a million years will beat Usyk. That's why he still hasn't signed, that's why he kept ducking him last year. No version of Fury has the tools and the style to beat Usyk and he knows it. Fury is useful against big, slow plodders. But Usyk is a stylistic nightmare for him. A Cunningham 10.0 version, against a 10 years older, slower, fat, less fit, declined Fury. It will be a very long and humiliating night for Fury. Usyk will end his career and expose Fury as the protected paper champion that he is. I can't wait to see it, although I'm pretty sure that the coward ogre will keep on ducking Usyk so the bout will never happen, sadly.

Are you actually saying you will give credit to Fury if he wins? I’m confused..

Personally, I will. Provided it’s a fair and square win and no daylight robbery a la Lewis-Holyfield I. It will never happen imo, but there you are.

But I was talking about the amusing fact that Fury fans wanting Fury to get credit from the wider audiences for beating Usyk, who, at the same time, has been called all kinds of names and has been constantly mocked and denigrated for over a year by Fury.

I’m sure you are familiar with Enzo Ferrari. He said that you should always respect your opponents because if you belittle them, then it’s not an achievement to defeat them.

Simple question for you as a Fury fan: do you admit it is hypocritical to constantly bash and belittle Usyk but at the same time expecting to get credit for beating him?

Answer with a simple yes or no, please.

I don’t really care about the thrash talk between the fighters/fans. I personally have huge respect for both fighters from a boxing perspective.

At the moment of Usyk's victory over Fury, the answer would be - YES. He would be the greatest boxer of the post Floyd generation. However, as time passes, some other boxers would have a chance to become the greatest boxer of the post-Floyd generation, namely: Artur Beterbiev, Dmitrii Bivol, Errol Spence Jr, Terence Crawford, and Naoya Inoue. We don't know what direction their careers will take, as well as Usyk's career (he may lose to someone after the win over Fury).

That still doesn't mean anything. Until I see Fury doing his ring walk, I won't believe for a second he wants to face Usyk. He knows what risks Usyk poses and how losing this fight could affect and devalue his whole career built on the "no man born from his mother" nonsense when it's the "gappy teeth middleweight" to take his artificial 0.
