Both Fulton and Inoue are overrated. Fulton is too easy to hit and doesn't have much power. Inoue's power is overrated and he's a little bit stiff. I see slower hands and feet than I expected to see from Inoue. Any slick super bantamweight (Fulton is not slick) would beat Inoue wide on the cards.
