What I've been reading is that he's going to be very active. I was looking forward to him possibly squaring off against Huni in the Olympics, but that didn't eventuate. No doubt he feels he has something to prove against Torrez and will be positioning himself for a rematch when the time is right. Throw Gurgen into the mix and that's a decent set of under 25 Hws to make the division a bit more interesting.
Terrell Jamal Woods beat 10-0 Istvan Bernath and then drew with 9-0-1 Moses James. He's on track to hit his 100th career fight this year
Jarell Miller fighting Gbenga Olokun on the 23rd, according to boxrec. Olokun was a gatekeeper-king, and a good upset artist in his day, but he has to be well NOrth of 40 at this point. Anyway, I'll be cheering for him.
I wish all the heavyweight contenders and their promoters would stop being greedy demanding prima donnas, AND GET SOME FIGHTS SIGNED.
The sanctioning bodies must also have strict rules. And yes - the promoters must play a lesser role in the fights.
