I think Akhmadaliev because he is a very good mover and can create a lot of range, plus has some power. Combine that with being a bit bigger than Inoue and it's very possible Inoue will have a hard night on his hands.
On skills alone, no, but these boys are much bigger despite the weight division difference being 4 pounds. Will opponents fold under Inoue's best shots or will we see a Inoue's power being less effective? We saw hard punching Nonito become far less effective above 118.
