JMM for me, though Davis would have a punchers chance

Marquez struggled with Katsidis and a past prime Casamayor at 135. He’d probably win a close decision and get dropped once or twice along the way. Davis still has to prove that he can beat a great technical boxer, but he matches up pretty well with Marquez.

They don't belong in the same sentence. JMM whoops him and likely stops him mid-rounds.

    Like he did Norwood?

Tank struggled with a shot, one-footed Gamboa, I like Marquez' chances, lol.

Márquez got hit quite a bit at 135 and had some fairly grueling fights. He’d probably take some good shots early on, maybe gets dropped or hurt, before gradually taking over with his smarts, experience, and brilliant combination punching.

So emotional. Norwood was basically a smaller, mediocre version of Tank and he left with a W.

Tank won virtually every round against Gamboa and brutally knocked him out. Marquez didn’t fight Gamboa.

If mediocre, FW, Norwood beat JMM, this renders Mayweather's victory over him at WW, in a contest where Mayweather came in over the contracted weight, as pretty meaningless, no?

No, because Marquez was pfp 2 at the time and would ko the pfp 1 at 147. Mayweather was inactive like your boy Leonard for Hagler.

If you understood nuance, you’d realize that I’m picking him to beat Tank, whom I rate highly.

Haha. From denigrating him in once post to extolling him in the next, just as I knew you would when I redirected your agenda.

That’s more of a reading comprehension issue.

More than a, you being exposed as changing your narrative to suit your agenda, issue? I neither described Norwood as mediocre, misread it nor misunderstood the context in which you used it.

I never described Norwood as mediocre.
