Davis didn't win he was gifted a win. If you your objective then you will admit Cruz won or at most the fight was a draw but that was not a clear victory for Davis and everybody knows it Bruised hand or not, no excuses. Cruz had a two week camp and he didn't make excuses he just wanted a rematch and Cruz's camp approached Davis several times for a rematch and Davis refused.
Why hasn't Davis gone forward with a rematch so there's no doubt who's the better boxer?
When FMM fought Castillo with an injured shoulder in their first fight and everyone believed FMM had lost FMM gave Castillo an immediate rematch.

At no point did everyone believe Mayweather lost to Castillo. Virtually nobody believes Pitbull beat Tank.

 

Pacquiao is ranked on some top 10 WW lists (poor ones, imo)), but he isn't on most. Therefore, he isn't typically ranked top 10 at WW, which is what I asked for.

Not only can he be ranked on any 147 list, he can be ranked top ten all time in boxing and there isn’t a damn thing you can do about it.

Of course he can be, any individual could post any ranking they like, no matter how poorly researched or biased. He typically isn't, though.
