The amount of mileage a particular group of folks have gotten out of one UD over a PROSPECT with no notable wins who went on to do nothing is really something. Jeff Lacy, forever a god overseas because a propped up "ATG" needs a jewel in his burger king crown. Someone should tell Jeff's family that he's still a frequent topic across the pond. Poor Jeff isn't even aware he was a mighty dragon who was slain. A UD occurred over a prospect with no notable wins in a fight that the bookies had 50/50. How bad is your legacy if this is what you are most closely associated with?
Pernell Whitaker vs Greg Haugen and Jose Luis Ramirez II should be another example of the criteria. Pretty much won every second of those fights and won lopsidedly.
How's about not only Lacy'ing four world class opponents in back to back fights but Lacy'ing them so badly they all pull no masses long before the final bell, in 7, 9, 7 and 6 rounds respectively. One of them being ranked #4 P4P, three being world champions, and 2 undefeated and still to this day he's the only man to stop three of them? That's what I'm talking about. Never been done before and it will never be replicated either This content is protected
I'll allow it. (but I think part of the implied definition of a Lacying is that most folks had vastly overrated the victim, while the conqueror had been sort of unheralded. B-Hop was a titan of the sport already, unlike Calzaghe or Mijares - and Tito, at least in my opinion, wasn't as gassed up by hype as either Lacy or Arce. But, it was indeed an eyebrow-raising clinic )

The verdict was still out on the 7-0 tenderfoot and Inoue was jumping up 2 weight classes, after all. Inoue would prove to be too much for the cagey and seasoned technician as the young phenom decimated him with spiteful hooks to the body and cemented himself as an elite fighter.
@mark ant He wasn't hurt there, he dropped his mouth piece and wanted to get it, then Ugas attacked. And that 10 seconds mini clip doesn't deny the fact that Spence Jr used Ugas as a punching bag all night long.
