You think Wood doesn't get bodied if he was allowed to fight on?

At least see if he could clinch effectively, and if not, then fine throw the towel....

He's also packing glass, he's easily one of the most vulnerable champs in the sport.

Not sure he Wood was dominating the fight like people think. I think Wood was boxing very well but I noticed when Lara was hitting him he was having more of an effect. Knowing he could hurt him was prepared to lose rounds before setting him up and catching him good.

Might have done but he was steady enough to be given a chance.

This isn't like Brook V Golovkin where his eye was about to fall out.

In the perfect spot too. Not on the cheek but right on the chin.

Wood's eyes were clear as that towel came in.

I honestly think there may have been an element of Davidson wanting to get involved, wanting it to be about him.

Give him that minute to see how he does until the start of the next round

Good fight. Not sure about that towel, though...

My first thought was that the fight should not have been stopped but can`t really argue with the stoppage the fighters health has to be the top priority

They said the same about Fury in round 12 against a bum from Tuscaloosa and look how that turned out. British fighters are built different. You know this

Was literally writing that I hope Wood is smart enough to start being more disciplined and economic now that he's established control. He's at home... can use his size to fight long and choose his punches. No sense it throwing a win away by throwing needless shot selections.

He got stopped as I was writing that.

    Damnit
