    He's fought at 140 twice, that's one more time than Twink has, and the first of those fights was after a long lay off, like 15 or 16 months, and it was technically a catchweight bout at 139 and he came in at 138¼ for it.

    Granted he's young and growing and it will be harder for him to get down to 136 now. Hence why Twink insisted on the catchweight instead of fighting him at the weight he moved up to first and won a 'world title' at.

    IIRC, Garcia weighed 147 in the ring for his last fight (at 140) which is roughly about the same as what Twink comes in at.

    He went to 140 because he had to and he fought twice at that weight because he only had two fights. Tank went to 140 because he wanted to. He has no problem making 135. Even though he won a title he didn't feel comfortable at that weight and dropped the title. Garcia could have petitioned for that fight at 135 but he didn't. He is counting on being the much bigger man. That gives him a false sense of security. Just like it did Canelo against Mayweather. The thing is Garcia has to lose weight and Tank has to gain weight. He is naturally bigger than Tank and will be the bigger man on fight night.

    Twink moved up to 140 to cherrypick the WBA regular strap off of the weakest 'champion' at the weight, a fighter whose only claim to fame was winning a gift from his home judges against a seven fight novice. That's how he won the belt. Twink didn't have any intention of fighting the real champ at 140 and he dropped that belt like it was molten lead and ducked back down to go on leprechaun safari.

    You're not listening. Garcia came in at 147 for his last fight at 140. That's roughly about the same as what Twink comes in at. If things stay the same they will weigh roughly the same albeit Garcia has the bigger frame and will end up fighting at least up at 147 one day.
