Whilst I agree with you, what he said in the media the other day sounded very much like an open invitation of "come and get me" to the highest bidder. I suspect if the money is right, he will fight Ruiz Jr. However, it sounds like that is a bit of a problem for the PBC at the moment.

It's frustrating, but risk-reward always seems to trump legacy these days.

Usyk should just release video/tweets get him on UK media like talks port say sign deal 50 50 stop being a shitebag and the public quickly turn on fury. Look at list guys and where usyk has fought. Fury again usual crap end up fighting chisora again lol

 

Let me get this straight. Usyk already agreed his pay for the fight a while back, now they’re telling him to accept significantly less because Fury ****ed that deal up, and now they expect us to see Usyk as greedy and too demanding?

 

Usyk has got 3 belts is undefeated and a two weight world champion ffs. How is that not worthy of 50%? Quack quack.

 

So strange I thought Tyson would fight for free because its in his DNA

Fury clearly told the interviewer to not ask questions about the Usyk fight. If it isn't announced by Monday I don't see it happening on April 29.

 

It's all very strange isn't it.

This should have been the easiest fight in the world to make yet here we are at the 11th hour and nothing. If it doesn't happen and Fury goes to fight anybody else then there's not really any defending it is there. A lot of people gave him a pass over the Chisora fight because it was a keep busy fight but if we swerves the undisputed then I think the British boxing fans will turn on him big time.

Either fight Usyk or retire. No point in doing anything else.

Also Usyk is very popular in the UK even the casual fans know who he is. All I ever read in the YouTube comments is how they like him and he’s a funny guy etc. He’s also just beaten AJ twice.

I have a sinking feeling that they are going to announce Fury v Ngannou with Mike Tyson as the referee. There was a rumour of that floating around. Tyson is already at the event. And Ngannou who was in Riyad end of last month just had some DMs leaked where he has been asking for $30m for his next fight...

 

Just realised how close April 29th is.

Doesn't look like this is happening.
