Great fighter of my childhood., Two time world champion and a dominant one at that. Could be in the Hall of Fame....

He was a terrific super flyweight champion and one of the more underrated Japanese fighters. Definitely deserves to be on the ballot of the IBHOF.

His fight with Ballas is probably his best showing.

Think that might be my first time seeing one of his fights although the name seems very familiar. I wasn't born til the year after this fight lol. Anyways it was a great fight with a nice stoppage at the end.

My favourite southpaw. Would've beat Khaosai. Really liked his fight with Soon Chun Kwun. Soon was a bull dozer- totally unspoken about beast. Gilberto's win Jiro was a special fight we were lucky they existed in the same era.

Dominant Flyweight in the early 80's. Seemed to fight all the time. Was always in Eric Armit's columns in Boxing News. Definitely a Hall of Fame candidate.
