Cuban is 5-0 (3); Uzbek is 9-3 (6). Both southpaws (although BoxRec has Rasulov listed as orthodox)

Is someone flying a drone around the venue? WTF is that incessant buzzing sound? At first during the long break I thought maybe it was cleaning equipment.

Not a terribly high skill level on display. Unsurprising, as these fellas' opponents have mostly sported losing records. Bayona is obviously "supposed" to win here, but he's getting dragged into some wild flailing haymakers brawls in the middle of the ring and unable to deter Rasulov from sneaking in to clinch and work the body. At range the straightest, crispest, and most effective punches are from the Cuban.

 

I'll say this: Rasulov is having a bit more of an honest go than either of his Uzbek compatriots from the YouTube undercard (Abdullaev or Djabbarov).

He may actually have just nicked round three or at least made a solid argument for a 10-10, making it rough & ugly inside with high-arcing overhand lefts and counter right hooks threaded between the straight combinations of Bayona.

edit: apparently he bottled it on his stool, after that solid round. Very odd.

What is this footage they're showing us?

It appears to show Balogun arriving to what he believes to be his lodgings, heavily bundled in puffy winter clothes and wearing giant headphones, only to frown and mill around in the hallway confusedly after being stopped outside the door and told by hotel staff that it wasn't actually his room or something?

@Badbot or whoever can understand the commentary, did they explain that?
