You can add Jermain Taylor vs Kelly Pavlik 1 which was even better, and probably one of the best Middleweight title fights of the modern era.

A few others I thought of for the thread.

Tim Littles vs Frankie Liles 2
    Terry Norris vs Troy Waters
    Kennedy McKinney vs Junior Jones
    Thomas Hearns vs Juan Roldan
    Miguel Cotto vs Ricardo Torres
Ricardo Torres vs Kendall Holt 2
Travis Dickson vs Matty Clarkson = Insane fight

Great add but there is no need for me to add it when you already did. Jermain Taylor vs Kelly Pavlik 1 definitely is inside the realm. Steve Smoger was purposely placed for that fight as I remember since he was known to let fights go.
I always thought there was a conspiracy of which fights had which referees.

Another where Earnie got knocked down but came back to win by KO/TKO himself. Excuse quality but I couldn't find anything better with just a few moments to check: -

Jeff Sims literally almost KO'ed Shavers in the 1st round, as i remember it didn't Shavers barely make the count at like 9 and half ? i remember him being down for quite a long time which may of seemed like a long count.

Quoting myself, how arrogant! If the option was available, I would "like" my own posts also. I've asked the powers that be for that feature to be included (self-love is the greatest love of all, after all) but for some reason my suggestion was flatly rejected, accompanied by a SMH emoji. (jk). Lol.

Seriously though, one major distinction I can make re Shaver's power - I don't know that I've seen the force of a man's punch(es) induce/cause not just extreme discombobulation but also such shocking loss of bodily control - as if the force took a moment or two to reverberate all the way down to the opposition's toe tips. Literally. Some guys looked like they were about to throw up (well, of course, Ellis in fact did). We also saw it with Williams, Clark, Ali, Tillis, etc. RIP The Acorn.
