    Lewis Vs Bowe was always the one that stuck out. It was the perfect rivalry, from the Olympics to fighting for the title and would have been a great fight. Bowe and his people didn't want it

    Not really.
    Sure, he threw a lot of punches but he also had 0 defense. Carlos Quintana befuddled him with his footwork.
    Mayweather would have handled Williams like he did Corrales, but Williams would have been competitive and likely been able to endure the punishment.

    Hagler vs SRL 2 , always believed it would have much better than their first fight ( which was decent, and i agreed with the judges )

    Quintana is a good point but remember Williams did ice him in 1 round in the rematch. I think Williams's Southpaw stance, workrate, and like you said ability to keep coming. Is definitely a tough assignment for Mayweather.

    I just think Floyd would have ran circles around him. Williams needs his opponents to stand in front of him to tee off. And whenever his opponents did back up, Williams would most likely overextend himself and fall off balance.

    It's a fair point and I'm not saying your wrong, but out of the Welterweights during that period I think Williams is his toughest test in my view.

    I also think Vernon Forrest would've been a tough opponent for Mayweather may he RIP.

    I should have clarified that I think it would have been a really interesting fight, but I just don´t see Williams having ever been a real threat to Floyd.
    Vernon would have been tough. Floyd vs De La Hoya immediately comes to my mind. A little bit more and Oscar could have pulled it off.

    One fight that is never mentioned, probably because their primes hardly overlapped, is JCC vs Pryor.

    That would have been a classic for the ages.

    I voted Lewis - Bowe to put an end to the controversy of Bowe ducking Lewis
    My own personal one though is that Floyd Mayweather jr had had the stones to fight Antonio Margarito when the fans were calling for it after Margarito demolished Cotto. I guess that scared Floyd off like it did Oscar LOL
    I know in my heart Margarito would have done Floyd same as he did Cotto
