The news is on Facebook, it was also said at the conference... Garcia's tank dropped to 136 pounds when he already fought at 140 pounds... and then they put a 10-pound rehydration clause on him... so they are pure advantages of the tank for being the A side... and a sample of cowardice... I never saw Duran putting clauses and losing weight to Sugar Ray Leonard

Not a Davis fan but I think it's a smart clause to add to the contract.

I'd wager Haney will add 15+ lbs after the weigh-in when he and Loma fight which is an unfair disparity for the naturally smaller fighter.

Gervonta rose to the weight he wanted with Leo Santa Cruz... Grevonra always goes up to his fights quite heavy... so heavy that he reached welterweight when he was lightweight... Gervonta is the same size in weight or bigger what garcia... so if gervonta can fight at the weight he wants and does garcia have to be more limited? coward that's all

Great idea with any dealing direct or otherwise with Oscar...

Pathetic that guys can’t just fight straight up with someone always trying to gain an advantage. That’s why this whole “on an even playing field” has always been nothing but nonsense.

I'm okay with hydration clauses. I'm also fine with people cutting as much weight as they want, but your opponent doesn't have to go along with it if they have enough leverage.

This fight was 50/50 imo. Now its 55/45 in Tank's favour.

The guy who missed weight 3 times wants a rehydration clause.

It's not easy to walk around at 146 on fight night if you're 5'10".

Davis is a little sissy. He didn’t mind a big size advantage when he fought smaller guys or when he left his belt on the scale but now has to have one against a guy who he’s been chirping about for a year. Sissy ****** Davis, punk-ass ***** move.

thats the way i see it. this is prize fighting. sometimes you got to handicap a dog to make the match. ryan should try and get a ref that will break them up as soon as they tie. he wants to keep the fight long, where tanks stubby arms are out of range. 1-2 the crap out of him, and have an upper ready for when you feint..

Why is the mother****ing ***** Garcia crying like a little girl she is? Getting the excuses in already are we? The fight should be at 135 pounds but Tank made a concession to make it 136 pounds.

Anyone who defends this needs a long look in the mirror to decide if they really are a fan of boxing.
