García says he isn't content just to make it onto this stage. He is here to win, and he is personally motivated to sleep Davis, and says that he will be the first real puncher he fought. Davis interrupts him and starts yelling that he is an incomplete fighter with no footwork. García reminds him that he was losing to Barrios and couldn't stop tiny Cruz, and Davis gets furious and shoots up from his seat, jabbing his finger into García's temple. Davis keeps yelling incomprehensibly and talking him down and García just laughs and says "cool so why did you try and weight drain me? "

 

Davis says "this guy keep saying he gon hit me with a hook, but he ain't got nothing but a hook. What else you gon hit me with, what else? He ain't no complete fighter. Bernard, Oscar, and Joe Goossen gonna have to come scrape him up. And that's it for me!" and sits back down.

 

Custer interviewing them about their comments yesterday & today. Davis reiterates that he thinks García is one-dimensional and not on his skill level and relies on just the left hook. García says "yeah cool okay stay thinking I only have one punch, then you'll walk into some other shots and be real confused".

 

Things spiraling out of control as the fighters are just talking back and forth without awaiting moderation. García says that he's going to work the body and find places to land, and that Davis gets hit a lot and LSC was lighting him up. Davis asks "yeah and what happened to LSC? He probably still asleep.." and García laughs and says "okay, that's funny".

 

They start dissing each other's fashion choices and García says "yesterday you looked like you tripped through a rainbow on your way from a thrift store".

 

Apparently they ran into each other last night in a Los Angeles club and it "went left" according to Custer. Davis references it and mocks García for saying he wanted to be friends after the fight. García corrects him, "no, I said we could be friends, which is kind of the standard thing for guys in our spot to say, no? But you had to act big and tough in the club. Why do you have to be so weird? Forget it. You have no class..."
