Usyk accepts 70/30 deal, the fight is on!

is there any reason why some people think Fury will pull out of the fight? he only did one time against Wlad and that was because he had deep mental problems at the time?

 

Damn, how the unified champ only get 30/70? Should be at least 50/50.

 

Pulled out against Ustinov because Ustinov showed up in shape. Pulled out directly after the weigh in and cried that The Klits, Haye, and Chisora were setting him up.

like I am tired of the negativity and pessimism in general. It's so stupid like some of you don't even enjoy the sport

 

His uncle had been sick for weeks. If that were the reason, why did he spew conspiracy nonsense???/ Why wait until directly after the weigh in to pull out? I guess your lover/uncle getting sick would be devastating.

 

They're pessimists because boxing made them into pessimists. They were let down again and again by the business.

 

I think everyone here enjoys boxing. It is the sport itself and the people in it which has made pessimists of a lot of the fans. I'm not one of them but I understand why they feel the way they do.

My boy Belly got a small white rabbit problem. He may be a wolf but those are hard to catch. For me me this is the fight of the year, both are special and we'll see who's really the one. They did Usyk wrong with that 30-70 though, they tried to gypsy rob him.

I can't wait to see Usyk making Fury look like Bambi on ice. So for me, Fury doesn't need to do anything apart from showing up on the 29th of August to take his L. Usyk will take care of the rest in such a compelling fashion that even if John Fury was the only judge scoring the fight, he wouldn't be able to rob Usyk.

 

Your point about what this fight means to us as fans was right on. The years of blatant, out & out lying is disgusting and spits in the eye of not only the real fans, but boxing as a whole.

As a kid growing up in the states in the 70's, I would've been so disappointed if I found out Ali, Frazier, Foreman, etc. were lying through their teeth constantly when addressing the press. Here in America, the HW champion of the world was a title that held with it dignity, honor & a huge level of respect.

The only way I'll ever seriously consider anything Fury says again, is if, after the fight, he reveals that all of the lies and media manipulation was to sell as many tickets as possible, and then publicly donates his entire share of the purse to either charity or Ukranian war relief.
