How many rematches Usyk has, except the one he's been mandated against Joshua? No rematch clause is brave. Whoever is the winner, would be nice to see a second fight, but in case the victory is achieved in a very convincing way, we can say it's fine not having it.
You have a point. I just don’t like pointless rematches like Haney Kambosos II when there was a clear winner the first time round.
Frank Warren “A simple 50-50 and an easy fight to make” hahaha vile conmen, everything that is wrong with boxing.
Thing is. Why doesn’t greedy belly actually not want the fight? He’s the better heavyweight, 6’8 with a 5 inch advantage and can move with great hand-speed. All I can think of is he isn’t actually motivated to fight him because there’ll be no mind games and no advantage and no play acting before the ring, purely boxing against a tough opponent. He clearly isn’t prepared and now wants out.
I have a very hard time believing Bellew got £4 mil for that fight. Fury is putting up roadblock after roadblock for this fight.
I honestly don't think these past few days could have gone worse for Fury. He's coming across terribly and must have lost loads of fans. Really seems like he wants no part of Usyk. Would love to be wrong as its a fantastic fights that the fans deserve after all these years.
people complain when hearns junior puts rematch clauses in to protect his glass jawed heavies (rematchroom etc) now Fury wants to get a fight signed without a rematch clause and he's somehow scared or ducking? I swear people on this forum don't even like watching actual boxing fights but just prefer gossiping and bickering about everything except the actual fight.
But it’s Fury that asked for the rematch clause in the first place, and if he doesn’t want it then why has he waited for this point to make the demand? Btw, if Fury signed for the fight then we wouldn’t have any reason to talk about this stuff. Right now he is making contract demands on Instagram.
