I'm to be honest, I think Fury will come up with more stipulations, he wants to handicap Usyk as much as possible before he steps in the ring with the "Middleweight" or the fight will never happen!

Warren says it’s happening, so I think they know the rematch clause being removed is not a deal breaker.

They have the rest of this week to go back-and-forth and generate more and more fan interest “ Will it …..or won’t it happen ,,,,,!!!”

that may be the goal of this latest uproar, anyway

I'm waiting to see what the next stipulation Fury puts on Usyk will be. No water or sitting in between rounds?

Except he has to fight him in the UK, so he will need to pitch a shutout to lose a split decision.

True fight fans only care about what happens in the ring.

I've never seen this kind of shift when the fans have turned on their fighter before. This is unprecedented. Fury only has himself to blame, he should have left the shenanigans out of it.

Serge, in another Fury-Usyk thread I posted that I've been irritated w/Fury the way he's treated Usyk.
However I gave counter arguments and closed that I still like & admire both fighters if for different reasons.

I hope the bout happens. I hope AJ-Wilder happens and many other HW matchups out there that also likely won't happen. Father Time is undefeated and time is running against many of these HWs. But it appears to be the era we're in. Lots of talk and negotiating feints and counter feints, economic low blows,...

then why is Frank Warren still very confident, even after hearing that Usyks promoter says it’s not likely to happen……. So why is Warren still confident that it’s going to happen?

I think what they broadcast to the public is only a small part of what really goes on behind the scenes

Above and beyond the back-and-forth, “ ego battles”, it’s all about promoting the fight, and this latest rematch clause being taken out; I think it’s yet another attempt to keep fans on the “edge of the seat”/interested/ taking about it

I think that I don't care, until Fury is getting smashed down in the ring

Fury is totally insufferable, **** I have done a 180 degree turn on the freak. If he ever fought Wilder again, I would want to see fury get knocked out. Which is something I thought I'd never think!
