Alerts all over phones and computers these days so there is no escape from hearing results/updates when you watch on a delayed broadcast 60-120 seconds behind the live event.

Then your mates with all the messages as well.

Much better solution is to watch live sport.

Mr Eddie Hearn and Joe Markowski both swore under oath only 3 weeks ago that DAZN UK offered 'UNPRECEDENTED VALUE'

That has to be the dumbest comparison ever. Since when could you buy a sky sports and only sky sports subscription?

Sky sports is subsidised from the total package cost.

The stream price of £21.99 is offering customers the one thing that people seem to knock DAZN for with it only being online and not on linear TV

DAZN already have linear TV channels in most other territories. This was always part of the plan and was a matter of "when" rather than "if". It will only result in a surge in subscribers on the platform.

Is that based on results in these other countries?

Genuinely question as whilst it's a possibility you seem to think it's a cast iron cert

I pay this when I want Sky via NowTV, you are also able to share your login as per their T&Cs. So we end up paying just over £10 a month.

It seems that DAZN's owners are not complete idiots. Now they are working on finding a solution so those who have a DAZN UK streaming subscription can access DAZN UK on the Sky+ HD Box. THANKS !!!!

I wouldn't pay £21 to watch 720p streams regardless of the content.

Also as I said the comparison really is apples and oranges. The vast majority of sky sports subscribers do not use now TV. The majority want it through the TV and they doesn't cost £21 or £33 a month.

Value is perceived by beholder differently. If there has been an exodus of subscribers then clearly the consumers see no value. If not then clearly they do see value.

Good senior management with vision would ensure this was a given with the technology already in place before the announcement was made relating to the Sky Channel.

It does have the feel of being run by a few Benny Hill types playing musical chairs at strategic/technical meetings.
