Avoided Lewis (whether he or his team didn't want it is beside the point), bashed up by Golota and 2-1 against his best opponent by far, who he had significant height, reach, weight, strength and power advantages over. Hard to take these matchups seriously when there's no evidence Bowe would even fight an elite opponent his own size, let alone one significantly bigger.
Bowe is remembered for kicking a prime Holyfield's ass 2/3 times. EDIT: Fury couldn't beat Usyk, the modern day Holy, 1/10000 times.
Bowes legacy is dustbin gate Holyfield had an enlarged heart vs Bowe. Golota beat the **** out of Bowe and made him look like ***** boy
Wouldn't happen Bowe would throw belts in the trash can again to avoid facing Fury. But if he and his team get the nerve to face Fury then he loses, probably on points in a fight where he's competitive but always behind and loses a clear UD. Lead up to the fight would be entertaining for sure. Bowe no doubt punches Fury at the press conference which probably results in an all out brawl between Fury's team/family and Bowe's team. Might see a riot after the fight too between Fury and Bowe fans, bound to be a lot of bad blood between both camps as both love to trash talk, Bowe's camp were volatile to say the least and Gypsies fight at a drop of a hat, all the ingredients for carnage.
Bowe is a good skilled big man but avoided the notable punchers of the 90s, and the first skilled big man he fought in Golota outside of a washed up Biggs he got destroyed. If you fought Bowe on the inside he was dangerous, but boxers who boxed him on the outside he looked vulnerable vs Tubbs, Biggs, Golota, Holyfield, 2. The positives for Bowe he has a very good overhand right, a punch Fury is vulnerable to hes been decked by Pajkic, Cunningham, Wilder, with that punch. Bowe is also a more skilled boxer than either of those guys, so if he got Fury in trouble he would be more of a threat to finishing Fury. Bowe also has a very good workrate and Fury likes to fight at his own pace so Bowe could cause him some issues there aswell. Overall style wise Fury probably has the edge, but Bowe would be a dangerous assignment for Fury.
Bowe would relish the chance to lay a beating on Fury. After making Bowe look uncomfortable for a few rounds, Fury would start getting hit with big shots from Bowe, and, likely stopped in 7-9 rounds. Fury doesn't have the power, or pace, to make Bowe second guess himself. And when you allow Bowe to fight his fight, it is usually bad news for the opponent.
Bowe was a good fighter but he’s not beating Fury,no doubt a few brawls at press conferences the weigh in etc and no doubt there would have been a few chaotic moments during the fight and more than likely after as well but once Bowe realises he can’t bully Fury and his firepower can not stop him either Fury takes it on the score cards or stops a dejected Bowe in the last couple of rounds .
