The Sky Channel 429 launching on Thursday 23 March is a huge step forward whether one likes Hearn or not. The pricing may need an adjustment downwards along with the reinstatement of zero notice termination for many looking to dip in. One huge step for boxing fans though.
Highly doubt it. Who on earth is going to pay £20 for DAZN's schedule. Garcia-Tank is a good fight, but that's one for the hardcore boxing community. It also starts at 4am. If you're going to be charging £20 per month for a boxing channel, then you would effectively need Queensbury's stable in the UK and all of the Top Rank/PBC shows. Matchroom and DAZN are spread too thin, nowhere near enough quality.
I completely agree and am really looking forward to DAZN UK being made available on Sky's satellite platform. This could potentially be a real game changer.
I have been in contact with DAZN's customer service and asked if I can move my DAZN subscription from streaming to the Sky viewing card. They couldn't answer, but I shouldn't expect that to be possible....?
The DAZN Boxing official twitter account confirmed that this will be in place and possible before the launch on Thursday. Then again Eddie Hearn once said PPV is dead ......
It sounds wonderful to my ears Let's hope that customers who stream DAZN UK today can transfer their subscription to the Sky viewing card.
All those loyal subscribers deserve this and really it should have been a priority for DAZN UK. Will be shocked if you are not viewing Channel 429 on Sky on Thursday.
Terrible card. I thought Wardley was going to defend his British Title against Kash Ali but seems like it fell through. Campbell Hatton has a bit of a step-up. Hopefully Cash and Williams come through unscathed for their bout on June 10.
I have a really nice partner. My husband and I have been married 25 years in June 2023 and we are planning to go on a sea cruise
