Baby bull is my favorite lw of all time. He destroyed Billy Irwin, lavka simm, some of his fights I forgot already (Freitas, etc) he had some decent outings vs Juan Manuel Marquez before getting Kayode. Now vs Ryan: Ryan Garcia has too much physicality just like Nate Campbell too strong in size and power. But vs tank: tank would be the smaller man, and a southpaw, and a larger puncher BUT Diaz could dance on his toes, a display of power boxing, throwing punches in bunches, he gave Billy Irwin a busted ear drum and almost decapitated him with a right hand. Juan diaz had a piston like left jab and a swarming violence to the lower body. One of the best conditioned fighters of all time, swimming laps and so on and so forth in training. Yes tank could be a spoiler (counter puncher, big left hand) but I give edge to Diaz.
Davis would have KO'd Juan Diaz. I'm sorry buddy, I hate Tank, but he ain't Billy Irwin or a washed up Frietas. Diaz was too hittable, and his chin wasn't great. Davis would have eventually walked him into a big shot, and that would be that. As for Ryan vs Juan Diaz... not sure. We don't know exactly what Ryan is yet. As of right now, you'd have to favor Diaz.
He fought the crocodile hunter? Diaz was ok, but Nate Diaz really took him to the cleaners. He did not react well to cuts and seeing his own blood. The juries still out on Tank and Ryan, but I would fancy Tank at least to KO baby bull Diaz into submission

Tank is too much of a sharp shooter, he beats Juan, all of his losses were to guys who knew where and when to punch. Juan overwhelms and UDs Ryan though.........
