I'm on the fence but wouldn't be a shock if the fight was signed off when they met at the Emirates a while back.

 

It’s possible they’re trying to hype up an announcement that the fight is on, but it would be unusual for Usyk’s team to get involved in that. Fury’s side are a pack of dishonest wretches so anything is possible with them.

 

You forgot Ustinov as well

How on God's green earth can you balls this up? Arguably the biggest fight since Mayweather - Pac? Probably the biggest fight on British soil.

It’s alright for Tyson, he’s got enough money to keep him and his family in caravans for generations to come. Meanwhile Warren is relying on his cut to keep his business solvent. Bet he’s twitched so much he’s suffering from whiplash.

 

When/if it goes ahead no doubt there'll be a load of people saying that Fury has been really clever, mind games, selling the fight etc.

 

Warren just said it's not off as far he's concerned.

Warren on talksport saying the split on the rematch is the holdup.

Warren says Fury wants the same deal that Usuyk did with AJ on the rematch.

I believe that was 50/50 and Usuyk got to mutually decide on the venue so maybe Usuyk is saying if he wins he wants the majority split and wants to decide where the rematch would take place.

I feel Warren is being disingenuous by saying Usuyk is getting a good deal for in 70/30 due to the numbers involved. That was a big compromise on Usuyk's side.

Hearing Usuyk's manager on talksport his pretty adamant the fight is off. Warren is saying its still possible but I can't see it.

 

I still think this will get announced on Sunday at Wembley when England play Ukraine

 

The Ustinov duck was one of the worst ducks in recent years. I remember at the weigh in the audible gasps and looks of concern from Team Fury members when Ustinov rocked up in shape. Then Tyson was filmed complaining about being “stitched up”.
